Letter #49 - Week 51: "Seester, In This House We Don't Share"

September 9, 2019

Hola, Hola Everyone!

This week was a very missionary kind of week. We laughed, we cried, we ate lentils. And I forgot I hadn't sent a weekly and now it's 5:35 EST, so we will have the week in bullet points:

-We went from 5 baptismal dates to 0 real fast (but don't worry, the church is still true)

-It's Hermana Gonzalez' 20th birthday on Friday, Feliz Cumpleaños a ti Hermana

-We got to do a pass off lesson with Elder David Thompson from Rexburg and his companions. It wasn't the best lesson, but that was fun

-We ate at Bispo Abreu's home, and he made us real Brasilian barbecue, which was really yummy. We had grilled bananas for dessert. We were running a little late so I split the banana in half with Hermana and ate it as fast as I could, and when Bispo saw what I had did, he said (in his heavily accented English) , "Seester, in this house we don't share, don't ever let me see you do that ever again" and gave me another banana.

-Friday went so well and smoothly that it didn't even feel real. Tender mercies all day for free

-Interviews with President- he has the keys 🙏

¡Os Amo!
