December 9, 2019 Hola Everyone! The highlight of the week was definitely Alex getting baptized and confirmed this weekend. It has been such a blessing to be a part of this part of her journey. She's been golden from the very start and honestly she's taught us more than we've taught her. She is dedicated in all that she does, intelligent, loving, capable and she will definitely be a tool in building the kingdom of God. She is working on gathering her family on both sides of the veil and will bring many to a knowledge of their Redeemer. We had interviews with President yesterday. We'll, at least I did. President has a habit of getting behind on his interview schedule, and he had to leave to speak a devotional in Long Island, so we'll have the blessing of seeing President again soon to do Hermana Connolly's interview. December 2, 2019 Hola Everyone! This week was a week of firsts for Hermana Connolly. New York welcomed in the Christmas season yesterday with the first real snow of the year. It was Hermana Connolly's first time and she has been anticipating it for weeks now. She had been telling Bishop's wife about it, and right after church, she ran up to Hermana Connolly saying "It's snowing, it's snowing!" and dragged her outside to take pictures. November 26, 2019 Hola Everyone! Today Hermana Connolly is going to the temple for her six month mark, so I get to be companions with Hermana Murphy for a few hours! Tender mercies are always the best, and those that include Hermana Murphy are some of my favorite. Last week we had Zone Conference. Before hand President had asked us to write a one-page testimony about the Restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to prepare and practice as individuals a two-minute restoration lesson. He then mentioned that he would be inviting people to share and teach what we'd prepared. Hermana Connolly was convinced that she was going to have to do a role play, and since President had asked us to prepare as individuals, I was resting easy that I wasn't going to have to do anything. When they were setting up for the role plays, President put out four chairs, then asked Hermana Connolly and I to do the first role play. And we would be teaching President and Sister Tuescher. ...
